Offline Customisations

Offline customs are made outside of TikTok Live, based on your preferences and our curated bead & spacer samples, mainly communicate via IG DM.


Ideal if you:

  • Trust our design style

  • Are happy to use our sample references

  • Are okay with limited changes

Offline customs are more structured and less flexible than live customs, you can view past custom designs on our Instagram here.

Offline Custom Guide

Custom slots are announced via: Instagram Story & TikTok Story

Once slots are secured, you will be guided to submit your preferences.

You may either:

  • Choose from our bead & spacer reference samples, or

  • Opt for a mystery design fully curated by us

Please provide:

  • Budget

  • Theme / intention (e.g. love, protection, healing, etc)

  • Crystal type preferences 

  • Hardware (Gold/ White Gold) or spacer style (from samples, if applicable)

After we design your piece:

  • One (1) minor tweak is allowed

  • After that, the design will be finalised

  • Payment is made only after your design is confirmed

  • Checkout is done via website here. (Under "Payment Link")

Lead Time & Shipping

  • Do allow up to 5 days for your design to sent 

  • Once design is approved & paid, your piece will be crafted and arranged for shipping

  • Local courier

TikTok Live Customisations

Live customs are our most flexible & interactive way to customise!

You get to:

  • See the beads in real time

  • Build your piece together with us

  • Adjust the design live 

Live Customisation Guide

  • Pre-queue slots are released on IG Story at 9pm the night before

  • You may also join during the live to see if slots are available

You can create:

  • Bracelets - Elastic/ Magnetic 

  • Key Charms

  • Bag Charms

  • Phone Charms

While there is no time limit for customisation, we aim to complete one custom piece within 30 minutes

Payment for Live Customs

  • Payment must be completed after your piece is finalised and before the live ends

  • All payments go through the Live Payment Link on our website here.

If you choose TikTok payment:

  • A 10% platform fee will apply (e.g. additional $10 for a $100 custom piece)

This is to provide an option for you to utilise TikTok vouchers and events while still ensuring sustainability for this small shop!
